1. Strict No-Return Policy on Pharmaceuticals

Due to the sensitive nature of medicinal products, strict regulatory compliance (NAFDAC), and our commitment to preventing tampering and maintaining cold-chain integrity, E-JOHN Pharmaceuticals does not accept general returns or exchanges on any pharmaceutical products once they have left our controlled supply chain.

2. Exceptions (Our Error or Transit Damage)

The only exceptions to our no-return policy are in the event of an error on our part or failure by our logistics team. We will facilitate a replacement or refund strictly under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product, dosage, or quantity was delivered.
  • The product was physically damaged during transit before handover.
  • A product was delivered past its expiration date.

3. Claim Resolution Process

To qualify for a resolution, you must notify our support team within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. You must email ejohnweb@gmail.com with your Order Reference Number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item. Do not discard the item, as we may arrange for its secure retrieval.

4. Refunds

Once your claim is investigated and approved, you may choose to receive a replacement dispatch or a full refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
