2. Cold Chain & Specialized Handling
Product efficacy is our top priority. Thermolabile medications (products requiring strict temperature control, such as vaccines or certain injectables) are handled through our dedicated Cold Chain protocol. These items are packed with validated cooling materials and transported via expedited, temperature-controlled logistics to ensure structural integrity upon arrival.
3. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are not flat rates; they are calculated dynamically at checkout. The final shipping cost depends on the total weight/volume of your order, the destination state, and whether specialized Cold Chain transport is required.
4. Reception of Pharmaceuticals
For wholesale and restricted product orders, delivery must be signed for by an authorized individual (e.g., the Superintendent Pharmacist or a designated medical proxy). Our logistics team will not drop off pharmaceutical products unattended under any circumstances. Please ensure the delivery location provided is accurate and staffed during business hours.
5. Failed Deliveries
If our logistics partner is unable to deliver your order due to unavailability at the provided address, they will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to our facility, and the customer may be responsible for subsequent redelivery charges.
